EPLAX first AEO C certified power supply provider

First company in the industry to achieve prestigious certification

EPLAX and our subsidiary powerSelect were recently awarded AEO C certification, thus achieving the rank of “Authorized Economic Operator”. The two companies are the first European power supply solution providers to achieve this certification.

What is the AEO C certification?

The certification is awarded by the customs authority. AEO is short for “Authorized Economic Operator”, while the “C” for “customs” refers to customs simplifications.

Since 2008, companies can apply for the status of Authorized Economic Operator, part of a EU initiative to improve international supply chain security. The aim of the initiative is to promote higher safety and security standards throughout the entire transport chain, from the manufacturer to the end consumer. To qualify for the AEO certification, applicants need to prove consistent adherence to all customs regulations and security requirements, adequate logistics and accounting processes, and liquidity.
